How long are rentals for?
That depends. Our typical rentals are for 4 hours. However, for Holiday Weekends, we require a full weekend rental!
Can I pickup or do you deliver/setup?
If you'd rather pickup, we're happy to coordinate that! If you'd rather we deliver/setup, there might be a fee.
Do you provide instructions?
Yes we do!
FAQs
What happens if something get's broken or lost?
We understand accidents happen! But, if you break it, you replace it. Items and parts are counted/inspected at pass off and return. We'll have paper work to sign off on going over the details.
Yes, for most! Let us know what you're interested in and we'll try our best to ensure availability!
Do you have more than one set of each game?
Can games be used inside?
Absolutely! A few games have to be staked down but most can be used indoors.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand plans can change! We require a non-refundable deposit for all bookings. If you have to cancel your event, we allow immediate rebooking for a future date, if you decide not to reschedule, the deposit is non-refundable.
